The Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc. Conference Committee is pleased to issue a call for presenters for our 25th Annual Conference to be held at the Hilton Austin in Austin, Texas, June 10-12, 2016.
National Leadership Conference

Our National Leadership Conference which is annually attended by over 200 women from across the country is the foundation of our leadership curriculum. Create Your Legacy is about establishing a significant influence through our actions and in everything we touch whether it be in the workplace, school, or our personal lives. This year’s conference theme encourages our participants to reflect, plan and act on the following questions:

  • What impact and memories are we going to foster in our communities?
  • How are we going to make this impact?
  • When are we taking action?
  • Where are we going to do it?
  • Who is going to help us get there?
As part of our continuing efforts to develop the leaderships skills of our members and foster growth, we sponsor our annual conference, which is known for its high "take away” value and camaraderie. The 25th Annual National Leadership Conference will include an outstanding keynote presentation, dozens of breakout sessions on a variety of topics of interest to our various membership constituencies, and networking events.
