  4. What is included in the registration fee?

    For sisters who choose the "Registration Only" option, their fee will include: Emerald Gala, all access to Conference workshops and networking with sisters, Conference goodie bag, and Conference T-Shirt. Transportation to and from the airport is NOT included.

    For sisters who choose the "3-4 Nights Quad Assigned Room" option, their fee will include all of the above as well as and their hotel room stay at Conference. Each quad assigned room will be for four sisters to share.

  6. Can I pick who my roommate will be for the weekend?

    Yes, on the conference option page of the registration form you can designate a roommate, but both parties must select each other on the request. We will do our best to honor all roommate requests. Quad rooms will have 2 sisters from one chapter and 2 sisters from a different chapter.

  7. What is the cancellation policy?

    • Cancellation request received by March 1st will receive a full refund less a $100 service and processing fee.
    • Refund requests received between March 2nd - May 31st will receive a refund equal to 50 percent of the appropriate registration fee.
    • No refunds, cancellation or transfer request received after May 17th will not be honored.

  8. Is there a payment plan available?

    Yes, you can place an initial deposit when you first register.  Then you will be required to pay equal monthly installments that will be automatically drafted on the card you used at registration.  The earlier you register, the lower your monthly payments, and the longer you have to pay!  The payment plan is available between November- June.

  9. What is the procedure for changing my registration?

    We hope you will not have any issues, or any need to make changes to your registration once you are registered, but if you do please contact the Director of Registration at registration@kappadeltachi.org.  Please review the cancellation and refund policy for more information.

  10. If I can't attend conference can someone else take my place?

    Yes, you can have someone take your spot, however, it is your responsibility to confirm that your replacement will attend and you will have to recover money from your replacement. It is also your responsibility to cover the remainder, if any, of the registration costs. No transfers will be accepted after May 31th.  If someone is taking your place, please contact the Director of Registration at registration@kappadeltachi.org.

  2. How will I get to and from the Hotel and Airport?

    Transportation will not be provided to and from the airport. Taxis, ride-share, and other transportation is available from the airport at each sister's expense.

  3. Is there a conference rate for the hotel room if I want to stay additional days before & after conference?

    The conference hotel rate will be offered starting 3 days before and ending 3 days after the conference dates. Please contact the hotel directly for booking.

  5. Do we get internet in our room?

    Yes, internet is included in your registration.

  6. What will I need to check into my room?

    Each attendee will need to show a valid ID and provide a credit card at check-in in order to cover any expenses that are charged to the room.

  9. When should I arrive for conference?

    We don't want you to miss a thing from this year's conference, and our schedule is packed.  The best time for you to arrive Thursday, July 11th to ensure check in and being able to attend the service event on Friday at 8 am

  10. When should I plan to leave SAN ANTONIO?

    Closing Ceremonies are on Sunday, July 14th at 10:30 am - 11:30 am.  Please make sure that you schedule your flights to leave after 12 pm, so you have plenty of time to get to the airport ahead of schedule.

  1. How much money should I take?

    There will be approximately 2-4 meals on your own, and there will be lots of GREAT vendors to purchase your KDChi gear from, so you will want to bring $$ for that.

  2. Can my family come to conference with me?

    Yes, of course!  We are family and we will enjoy meeting your family.  However, you will be required to pay the private room rate.

      We plan events that we hope Alumnae will WANT to attend, so we hope that Alumnae WILL attend ALL events.
