Veronica Lucena

Veronica has spent the last 10 years working in the non-profit sector, a majority of that time was spent with an organization called Teach For America. Working for educational equity is a life-long passion of Veronica's. It was through this she learned that the inequity in education was not only in our traditional subjects in school, but also in our community's financial education.  Living paycheck-to-paycheck, struggling with mounting student loan debt, and very little savings, many young professionals have trouble getting ahead financially.  Veronica has since transitioned to teaching adults how to avoid those financial pitfalls and bridge the gap between what they know about money and what they need to know. She is excited to work with sisters and help them to build a stronger financial mindset.
